Your use of the Dash Booking Inc. services is subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you are not willing to be bound by each and every term or condition, or if any representation made herein by you is not true, you may not use and must cease using the Dash Booking Inc. services.
Dash Booking Inc. may modify these Terms and Conditions when Dash Booking Inc. deems it to be necessary, within the scope of the purposes of the services. In such case, Dash Booking Inc. will indicate the contents of the modified version of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the effective date of the modification, on the services or on Dash Booking Inc. website, or will publicize the same to Users by notifying Users in the manner prescribed by Dash Booking Inc.
The modified version of these Terms and Conditions shall become effective as of the effective date thereof.

1. General Terms

  • Definition of Dash Booking: Dash Booking Inc. (“We”, “Us”)
  • Definition of Partners Services: Services provided by the Partners as stated in section 2 below.
  • Definition of Users: The users of the Dash Booking services or the purchaser of any Partner Services.
  • Definition of Dash Booking Partners or Partners: The beauty Partners or businesses who are using Dash Booking as their Point of Sales software (POS) to manage their business and offer their goods and services for sale on the Dash Booking Online Platform.
  • Definition of Platform: www.dashbooking.com and www.partnersdash.com, including all subdirectories, subdomains, and mobile sites thereof.
  • Definition of Payment Processor: The third-party payment processors supporting Dash Booking Partners with the provision of the payment services. We only support Clover Flex as an in-store payment processing device. More information can be found on https://www.clover.com/

2. Description of the Partner Services

Our website helps you to generate online appointments easily with a variety of participating Partners.
You understand and agree that the Partner Services listed on the Dash Booking website are provided by our Partners, and not by us. These Partners, and not Dash Booking, are responsible for User service related to these Partner Services, which includes responsibility for the nature, quality, and content of the Partner Services, as well as any disputes regarding scheduling, reservation, cancellation, refund policies, adjustments, functionality, and issues concerning experience with a Partner’s personnel or policies.
When you make an online appointment on our website, you will need to arrive at the place of business of the Partner in Appointment to receive the Partner Services.
All payments including cash, card, gift card, or others are operated in-store. We do not collect any of your payment information.
All Partner Services available for purchase on the Dash Booking website are offered by Dash Booking on behalf of its Partners. That is, Dash Booking takes and concludes your bookings as a commercial agent for its Partners. Therefore, we are not responsible or liable to you for the actual Partner Services that are booked through the Dash Booking Online Platform.

3. Partner Services

Our Partners are under a legal duty to provide Partner Services that are in conformity with the relevant Partner agreement.
All Partner Services shown on the Dash Booking Platform are subject to availability. The images and/or descriptions of the Partner Services on the Dash Booking Platform are for illustrative purposes only, and actual Partner Services may vary from those images and/or descriptions. We require our Partners to ensure that all information provided by them for display on their page of the Dash Booking Platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way. Nonetheless, we cannot verify the information which Partners provide to us. The Partner's responsibility is to ensure that all of its Partner Services listed on the Dash Booking Platform are available and accurately described.
It is your (or the person receiving the Partner Services of your Dash Booking appointments) sole responsibility to communicate in advance any medical or health-related conditions and/or special needs to the Partner that might affect or be affected by any Partner Services (for example without limitation, allergy information, and health issues).

4. Cancellation and No Show Policies

If you wish to cancel your Dash Booking online appointment, you may do so through either the Dash Booking Platform or by contacting our Partner directly.
You may only cancel a Dash Booking appointment through the Dash Booking Platform provided that your appointment is not due to take place within a time frame (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) determined by the Partner. The interval between when you may cancel your appointment and your scheduled appointment start time will be determined independently by each Partner.
Certain Partners may choose to implement a Cancellation Policy or No Show Policy. If a Partner has such policies, then they may apply them next time when you visit the business.

5. Reminder Appointment Policies

By continuing, you agree to receive an appointment reminder notification or verification code from Dash Booking or Partner to your phone number via SMS or Email. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Users Information

When using the Dash Booking services, you may need to set up an account by registering certain information. You must register true, accurate, and complete information, and must revise the same to always keep such information up to date.
By booking an appointment with a Partner, you agree to share your personal information with that Partner. You are solely responsible for:

  • Your account and its maintenance, as well as the confidentiality and security of your account and all passwords related to your account;
  • Any and all activities that occur under your account, including all activities of any persons who gain access to your account with or without your permission;
  • You agree to immediately notify us, to the extent that you are or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, any service provided through your account or any password related to your account, or any other breach of security with respect to your account or any service provided through it and you agree to provide assistance to us, as requested, to stop or remedy any breach of security related to your account.

You should provide a valid mobile phone number through the Dash Booking Platform and we will verify your phone number when you register. To verify your mobile phone number, we will send you a code via text message to the mobile phone that you provided. If you change your mobile phone number, you must provide and verify your new phone number. - Dash Booking does not bear any responsibility and cannot be held liable for the verification or non-verification of a User’s identity.

7. Terms of Payments for Users

Prices and any applicable delivery and/or processing charges will be as quoted on the Dash Booking Platform. The final price you pay connected with a Dash Booking Applications may be adjusted to reflect any additional goods or services you purchase from the Partner at the time of receiving Partner Services.
All payments should be made in-store with the Partners. Thus, no binding legal contract in respect of Dash Booking online appointment is made.
The Partners will have their own Payment Processors. We only send the total amount to the payment processing device if we have integration with it and the payment will be handled by that device. Dash Booking does not collect any User payment information except payment methods such as by Cash, Card, Gift card, or Others.
Dash Booking does not add any additional fees between different payment methods.

8. Advertising

Dash Booking and the Partners will have the right, without notice, to insert advertising data into the Platform, so long as this does not involve our transmission of any of your personal information in contravention of our Privacy Statement.

9. Prohibited Users of the Services.

Dash Booking reserves the right to restrict your access partially or fully to the Dash Booking services if any of the following occur:

  • You are performing or participating in any unlawful acts or to engage in acts that unrelated to the purposes of the Services;
  • The number of canceled appointments, no shows, refunds, chargebacks, or other transactions by you that are negative to the experience of our Partners;
  • We reasonably suspect the security of your Dash Booking account has been compromised;
  • You behave inappropriately, abusively, or offensively towards the employees of Dash Booking, or employees of a Partner on any communication channels;
  • We believe your actions are negatively affecting the quality of Dash Booking services.

You understand and agree that because the Partner Services are sold by our Partners, and not by us, our Partners maintain the right to impose additional restrictions on who may buy and book the Partner Services that they offer. These restrictions are determined solely by the Partners, and we are unable to provide you with access to these Partner Services.

10. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Dash Booking is not responsible if information made available on the Services is not accurate, complete, or current, including but not limited to the corporate information of a Partner, calendar availability, and bookings made as all Partners are responsible for updating their data in our system.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, in no event will Dash Booking, our affiliates, or our controlling parties, agents, employees, suppliers, resellers and distributors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any other damages or losses whatsoever, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, earnings, use or data, arising directly or indirectly from or related to these terms and conditions or the use, or non-use of the website or any software, regardless of the cause of action and even if one or more of us have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, including damages or losses arising from or in any way related to the following: (i) any loss or damage to data arising directly or indirectly out of use or non-use of the website or related component; (ii) delays, errors, interruptions, mistakes, omissions, non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or defects on or related to the website. Without restricting the foregoing, if circumstances arise in which you or another party is entitled to recover damages from one or more of us, the aggregate liability of us for damages is limited to the amount paid to us by you through the website during the six-month period preceding the circumstances in which such liability arises.
