The never started a timer or told me when they were starting the massage. I looked at my own clock when I thought they were a starting and it was only a 10 min massage but I paid for 15....

not only was he rushing my nails but he seemed young and he kept sighing and looking annoyed whenever i would tell him to fix my nails. He didn’t even use the buffer for my nails either. Left No tip....
