Not my best experience. To add to it I was charged for services I didn’t receive, deluxe manicure however it was not. Finger tips in dish of cold water, no scrub, massage, lotion…. Nothing deluxe. That is just one example...

I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with my nail tech. However I'm not completely happy with my nails. In some places it looks clumpy, not as smooth as I expected.
