One of the reasons I go to this salon is that when I book an hour appointment I received a full hour treatment. That did not.happen today. I am not sure if this is new company policy or an one...

Absolutely love the service here. Been going for over a year and they always make me feel so welcome. I usually get a manicure every 4-6 weeks and a pedicure once every cpl months and it is always on point....

When i booked on the phone I asked for a wax because I didn't want to ask at the salon.
It was not written down and the wax didnt happen.
They did not have the 1st two colors I asked for....
