I went in and my reservation didn't exist. I showed my email and text confirmation/reminder and wasn't able to have an appointment. I didn't make a fuss, because there was nothing that could be done, but obviously a huge waste...

I asked for brown to be subtle. I am very fair and older. I told her it was my first time with extensions and I wanted it subtle for my wedding in July.
They are black, quite thick, and end abruptly....
