Even if you make an appointment, they still make you wait 20 to 40 minutes which is not the most professional, however the nails last SO well, they never fall off or chip. Go for long lasting nails but not...

The first woman who was.supposed.to remove my set didn't know what she was doing and/or seemed totally disinterested in being there... I found her rude, slow, and down right unpleasant... The next girl knew what she was doing (sort of)...
