*** Please read our policy before booking your appointment ***
APPOINTMENTS:
• Please ensure that you’ve booked the correct appointment according to the service you wish to receive.
• Ex. You would like to book a new set of extensions with long nails but currently have existing nails. Your service of choice would be Take Off + New Set + Longer length
LATE ARRIVALS:
• There is a 15-minute grace period in which your appointment may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• I you are late to your appointment; we may not be able to create designs or offer additional services that would require adequate time to complete which were factored into your appointment time slot.
NO SHOWS:
• If you don’t cancel and don’t show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a service fee or request a non-refundable deposit upon your next booking.
CONSULTATION:
• Please advise our technicians of the following: Price, Length of nails, Product type, Colour, and designs you wish to receive prior to starting
• Designs, modifications, or special requests are subjected to additional fees which will be advised to you by our technicians before your service begins.
• Please advise our technicians immediately during the service if there are any adjustments you would like them to make
CANCELLATIONS:
• Appointments must be canceled in advance by calling 519-265-0309 or via our online booking link if you are not able to make it.
• Please give at least 4 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list.
• Please be advised, if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
REFUND POLICY:
• If you are not completely satisfied with any of the services you received from us, please inform our staff immediately you received. We do not offer refunds for services that have been performed.
