I paid for a full pedicure but did jot get any nail polish. The gal who did the pedicure did not have to use any product, nor spend the time putting it on.
In the past there was a discount...

To clarify, our pedicure pricing reflects the full service (soak, cuticle care, callus treatment, massage, etc.), not just nail polish. For that reason, there has never been a discount for skipping polish.

Got my nails done..a few nails have chipped already...i think its new owners now...other than that..its ok.place

Chipping can happen for a few different reasons (daily activities, nail condition, etc.), not necessarily related to the technician.
We do stand behind our work and offer free fixes within 7 days, so...
