I didn’t get what I asked for and was charged extra. I had to ask near the end if my cuticles would be cleaned.

The polish got knicked on my big toe as he put my slide on. I mentioned this at the counter before paying. They tried to correct it by putting my polish on top instead of redoing it. ...
