I booked appt today with Rose for a manicure and pedicure at 3:45. I arrived around 3:30 and a lovely girl who spoke no english met me and immediately began to show me to a chair.

A fill took 2 hours. My cuticles were damaged/cut. I asked for the set to be removed, as I kept asking for things to be fixed as they were being done and the fixes were rushed through and not completed....
