Punctuality could be a lot better!!
I was told a was getting a chrome finish free as a first time, and was charged for it anyway!!

The nail tech did not listen to what I wanted then sat with the other nail tech and started getting her nails done I had to tell her for the 3rd time I wanted shellac polish. Not happy...

I have had Taylor before, outstanding!
This time only 2 stars, the pedicure was finished in 30 mins. Not satisfied at all.

Non-shellac nail polish brand isn’t good. I had a pedi and my daughter had a manicure… quality of service was great but less than 24hrs and my daughter nails are all chipped and my toes never had a shiny finish…....

Hi lea, I’m truly sorry about this. This is definitely not the experience I want for any of my clients. Please come back to the salon and we’ll happily fix both your pedicure and your daughter’s manicure at no charge....

Absolutely LOVE this nail spa - wish their one jet was not single use or was reusable with proper hygienic processes 🥰just for earth consciousness but it’s a gem of a spa and staff 💎

My nails look great. That’s not the problem. My problem is how rough and rushed he was. He actually hurt me.
