I booked Nancy for 4:30 online, but when I came, she had left. I would appreciate knowing ahead of time that Nancy wouldn’t be available. I had Susan, who I was happy with, but I’m used to Nancy....

My nail tech, I believe Nancy (she has a cute pair of platform crocs), was uncomfortable to work with. She seemed very annoyed when I asked to shorten/round out my nails more- which I did before filing to not waste...
