Nails are shorter than wanted and showed in photo by a lot and was still charged for long

hi Jazmyn, your expected price is wrong since you book-in without adding the shellac on top. I didn't charge for the nail length that you got it done.
Acrylic(clear/no colour)-45$ + shellac 10$ + French 5$
so it total to 60$...
