	2.	Apply oil or lotion
Apply a thin layer to help your hands glide smoothly.
	3.	Massage the soles
	•	Warm up the foot by gently squeezing.
	•	Use thumbs to apply pressure from heel to toes.
	•	Focus on tension points if needed.
	4.	Massage the toes
Lightly pull and rotate each toe to relieve stiffness.
	5.	Massage top of foot and ankle
Glide over the top of the foot and gently press around the ankle.
	6.	Finish
Wipe off any excess oil with a warm towel. Apply lotion if needed.
