The staff are friendly and skilled. However, the salon often seems overbooked or understaffed, which creates a rushed, anxious atmosphere. It would be helpful if they managed bookings and staffing to give clients a more relaxed experience.

Our appointments were for 1pm and they didn't have enough space to honour the times . They also didn't do the booked services . The chair was broken and the massage didn't work. They overcharged me for my 12 year...
