I was told I had an ingrown nail (toe beside my big toe), and it was absolutely not ingrown… now it’s the day after, and my toe hurts. The rest of the service is great, but please stop removing “ingrowns”...

Had an appointment booked with Anna for 12:30 when I arrived (12:25) she was still in mid appointment with another client. She did not acknowledge me or ask to wait. Another technician (Ellie) started to work on my nails...

They keep on upping the price. First time my nails were $50, second time $60, third time $70. Exact same treatment, polish etc.
