NAIL SALON POLICIES Appointments Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled or asked to reschedule. This policy is strictly enforced to respect all scheduled appointments. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Refills & Maintenance Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain nail health and appearance. Appointments after 4 weeks may be considered a new full set. Repairs & Fixes We offer fixes within 7 days (Shellac & Gel nails only) for issues related to workmanship. Damage caused by accidents or improper care will be charged. Health & Safety Please inform us of any allergies, infections, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if signs of infection are present. Payment We accept cash and debit only. Prices may vary depending on tength, design, and additional services. Chlldren & Extra Guests Please avoid bringing extra guests or children unless they have an appointment. Respect & Conduct We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior.
